How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. Enter your shipping address, and then choose your shipping methods (JNE or Wahana), select your bank's payment (Bca, Lippo or Mandiri). Once you entered the confirm order button, a confirmation email will be send to your email.
We accept phone orders at 0818-0890-1230. Our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Friday 8AM to 9PM WIB to answer your questions.
Can you put a "rush" on my order?
If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please call us at 0818-0890-1230 during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8AM to 9PM WIB. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided us at the time you placed your order. Amongst other information, this confirmation will include the name of the carrier delivering your package and the tracking number associated with your shipment. Once you've received this information, you can simply visit that carrier s site and enter your tracking number to obtain the latest status. Please see the list of carrier sites below:
1. JNE: www.tikijne.co.id at the Coloumn TRACE & TRACKING enter your tracking number(s), as it is listed in your confirmation email, and hit enter to obtain the status.
2. Wahana : www.wahana.com at the coloumn DOMESTIC enter your tracking number(s), as it is listed in your confirmation email and hit enter to obtain the status.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is not in processing and has not been personalized. We strongly suggest you call us at 0818-0890-1230 as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. What if my order is undeliverable?
If the Cargo' shipping is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by JNE or Wahana to redeliver the package.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. However if you feel your item is defective, we will be glad to assist you. If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us and we will do our best to get the right size for you. All cost of returning are the responsibilty of the customer.
What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call us at 0818-0890-1230 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 2 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items.
How do I package an order for return?
We are unable to accept back any exchanges that have been washed, worn or used . Items must be returned in the same packaging they were received in, or if you choose to do so, you may return your item(s) in the carrier issued packaging. Please be sure to include all original material received with your order, such as poly-bags, labels and tags.
Our shipping model is easy to understand! Processing time (pulling and packaging your order) plus shipping time equals delivery time. Each order is processed within five business days.
We currently do not ship to international destinations.
Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of the items you selected and the shipping destination.
